GLOVES (CHAT) CARNIVAL OF SWEET
INGREDIENTS: 250 gr. flour, 100 gr . of butter, 5 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, grated lemon peel , oil for frying.
PROCEEDINGS put the flour on a pastry board, add all ingredients and knead. Roll out the dough fairly thin and cut into small diamonds, fry in hot oil and let them dry on paper towels. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
