Restorable Convertible




RICOTTA MEATBALLS TO SILAN

INGREDIENTS: 250 gr pecorino or ricotta of vaccination, 1 whole egg, 70 gr grated cheese (pecorino or parmesan); 125 grams of bread cheese, chopped parsley, salt, 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce already cooked and seasoned before; 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, water.

PROCEEDINGS mix together ricotta, egg, cheese and bread crumbs . Add chopped parsley and salt. Then roll into balls of medium size. In a small saucepan pour the tomato sauce already prepared before, the extra virgin olive oil and water (just enough to completely cover all the meatballs). After bringing in all the boiling, add meatballs and cook until cheese will become swollen and soft and until the sauce has taken a rather thick consistency. Serve hot.
