INGREDIENTS: 1kg . Rice, 6 eggs, 250 gr. Parmesan cheese, salt and oil for frying.

PROCEEDINGS Boil the rice in two quarts of water and cook until all the water dries. Let cool. Add 4 whole eggs and yolks, Parmesan and salt. Mix all and form meatballs. Fry in abundant oil and let them dry with paper absorbent.
